Processing: natural hair 1 to 4 business days; Custom Color and The Auburn Edit 10 to 14 business days. An adult signature is required on every order. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice for redelivery or pickup.
Exchanges and Final Sale

For hygiene and quality reasons, and because every bundle is prepared for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on natural or custom-colored hair.
If We Made a Mistake
If you receive the wrong length, texture or shade, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the hair and the packing slip. Every bundle carries a numbered Villagio seal; exchanges require the seal to be unbroken and the hair unused, unwashed and uninstalled. Once confirmed, we will send the correct item at no cost.
Damaged in Transit
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents, and we will file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
